Click & Collect Policies

This free service is available all year round. Collect your order at the Sir George Williams or Loyola campus Book Stop within two business days!

The process of the Click & Collect Service is seamlessly integrated into the checkout process.

Here are the 3 easy steps:

1. Click
Shop and place your order online at concordiastores.ca.

2. Select Click & Collect location at checkout
Select the campus (SGW or Loyola) where you are taking your courses.

3. Collect

  • - Orders will be fulfilled and ready for pick-up within two business days following the reception of your order confirmation email.
  • - When your order is ready to be picked-up you will receive an email ORDER PICK-UP CONFIRMATION STATING THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP.

How to collect your order

SGW Campus
The Click & Collect counter at the SGW campus is located inside the Book Stop store (LB-03 tunnel level). During the back to school rush period, you will be allowed to bypass the main lineup. To get access you must:

  • - Show your ORDER PICK-UP CONFIRMATION EMAIL to a customer representative at the entrance of the Book Stop.
  • - You will then get immediate access and be directed to the Click & Collect express-line located inside the Book Stop.

Loyola campus
The Click & Collect service is also available at the Loyola campus and located just outside the store during the back to school rush (CJ-1.422). Look for the Click & Collect sign. After the rush, orders can be picked up at the cash.

How to pick-up your order

In order to pick-up your order at the Click & Collect counter you must present:
1. Identification (student or photo ID)
2. A copy of your ORDER PICK-UP CONFIRMATION EMAIL (printed or digital)
If you are not able to present the above documents we will not be able to give you your order.

Orders not picked up
Due to space constraints, all orders identified as ‘pick-up option’ of "Click & Collect" must be collected within 10 business days following receipt of your ORDER PICK-UP CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Failure to pick up an order within 10 days will result in the order being refunded, a service fee may be withheld (except non-refundable special order Coursepacks). Special order Coursepacks not picked up within 15 business days will be destroyed with no refund issued.

FAQ

When is the Click & Collect service open?
You can pick-up your order using the Click & Collect service during store hours. Please note that extended hours are conveniently offered during the back to school rush, click here for store hours.

Can I send someone else to collect my order?
If you would like someone else to pick up your items, you need to notify us as soon as possible at support@concordiastores.ca and provide us with the name of the person who will collect the order. That person will also need to bring the pick-up confirmation email and a valid photo ID. The order will not be given to any individual without prior email consent from the customer.

Where do I pick-up my order?
Books must be picked up from the campus where the class is taken. If you are taking courses at the downtown (SGW) campus, your books will be available at the SGW Book Stop (LB-03). If you are taking courses at the Loyola campus, your books will be available at the Loyola Book Stop (CJ-1.422). If you take courses on both campuses, your order will be divided accordingly.

How long before my order is ready?
Your order will be ready for pick-up within two business days from the time you receive an email with your ORDER PICK-UP CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
